Shake it Up for St Patty’s Day

Claire’s Shake: 1 vanilla yogurt 1 Banana 1/2 cup chopped Kale 1 Tsp honey  Splash Orange Juice Blend.  Served in tall shot glass to make it fun. Nutrition Fact:  The splash of orange juice gives the shake some vitamin C to help absorb the iron in the kale.   Claire says, “Yummy”!
