		<description>Thanks for the great article!  I agree with the first poster, once exercise becomes a habit for me, I miss it when I don&#039;t do it on a regular basis, and my body feels sluggish.
I&#039;ve just started working towards a healthy lifestyle again, and am trying to balance the right amount of exercise, with the right amount of healthy food.  I&#039;m pleased that after only a week, my body is starting to crave the daily exercise again.
I&#039;ve subscribed to your blog now, and look forward to further articles.</description>
